From training adults to mentoring youth, he’s always believed that fitness is more than just physical — it’s a tool for building self-worth and resilience. Once a Muay Thai kickboxer with a novice championship win, Gary’s heart now lies in bodybuilding, with dreams of becoming a champion himself. His greatest fulfilment comes from seeing his clients grow, and he continues to evolve as a trainer to guide others toward their own breakthroughs.
