Andrew is a seasoned lifter and fitness enthusiast, as well as a Men’s Physique competitor. He is certified by ACE and NCSF, and also holds additional certifications in Pre-Script Level 1 and Nutrition. Andrew specializes in hypertrophy, body recomposition, nutrition, women’s toning/sculpting, and corrective exercise for rehabilitation. Despite having a background in music as his main career, he has been coaching freelance clients ranging from their 20s to their mid-60s. His approach is structured and individualized—he regresses or progresses exercises based on each client’s health conditions, movement mechanics, range of motion, mobility, flexibility, and overall fitness level. Andrew is dedicated to guiding clients through their fitness journeys, helping them overcome challenges and achieve lasting results.
