He is certified by ACE and holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, along with additional certifications in Nutrition, CPR, and AED. Aloyson specializes in functional movement, mobility and flexibility enhancement, postural alignment and movement quality correction, injury prevention, and lifestyle coaching for long-term vitality. His unique yoga background allows him to blend strength training with mindful movement and body awareness. Aloyson’s approach is progressive and individualized; he assesses each client’s movement patterns, flexibility, and wellness goals to create sustainable programs that build strength, resilience, and mobility from beginner to advanced levels.
