  • Dress appropriately for training and safety.
  • Do not slam or drop weights.
  • No shouting, excessive grunting, or rowdy behaviour.
  • No aggressive behaviour, harassment, or filming others without consent.
  • Do not misuse equipment or modify their usage without staff permission.
  • Official personal trainers have equipment priority during their sessions.
  • Physical or verbal abuse toward staff will not be tolerated.

Hygiene and Cleanliness

  • Use a towel at all times.
  • Sanitise and wipe down equipment between sets and after use.
  • This is a shared space—clean up after yourself.
  • No food or drinks on the gym floor.
  • Closed-top bottles only; clean spills immediately.
  • Do not pour the contents of water bottles into the water dispenser.

Security and Access

  • The premises are monitored 24/7 by CCTV.
  • Items left in lockers or pigeon holes may be cleared and disposed of after 3–7 days; contact staff promptly for lost-and-found assistance.
  • No tailgating; assisting unlawful entry may result in membership termination.
  • No unauthorised personal training.
  • No illegal activities on the premises.

Safety and Equipment Use

  • Use proper form and follow posted instructions on machines.
  • Remove plates evenly from both sides of barbells to prevent tipping.
  • Ask staff for assistance if unsure how to use any equipment.
  • Use a spotter when handling heavy loads.
  • Report any damages or injuries to staff immediately.
  • Train within personal limits; the gym is not liable for injuries arising from overestimation of abilities.

Penalties and Liability

  • A first reminder is a warning; repeated violations may lead to suspension or membership termination.
  • Damage due to misuse may incur repair fees.
