Membership sign-up can be done at any of our 24/7 Fitness outlets. Simply approach any of our friendly Gym Associates at your preferred 24/7 Fitness outlet and our staff will assist you accordingly.

Yes, 24/7 Fitness members are allowed access to all 24/7 Fitness outlets globally.

Our system will use the current photos that was taken of you during your registration and stored in our system. When you arrive at the gym, simply stand in front of the designated camera, and the system will quickly recognize your face to grant access 🙂 With high-tech intelligence integrated, there is no need to bring a membership card for check-in, setting a new standard in the fitness industry.

Our transparent pricing model allows you to pay monthly without any prepayment and joining fee.

For members with off-peak memberships, access to the gym is available during the following hours:

Weekdays: 11PM – 4PM (next day)

Weekends: 24/7 hour access

Please note that off-peak hours remain on public holidays that fall on a weekday.

Your membership cannot be shared with another individual.

Should your friend or family member wish to access the gym, they may book an appointment with us for a one-time trial. Kindly note that the trial is available during staffed hours.

Yes, you may apply for a hibernation of your membership at any 24/7 Fitness outlet at a fee of $30/month (before GST). Do note that hibernation is accorded on a full month basis, T&Cs apply.

Your membership payment for Repayment is scheduled for deduction on the 1st day of every month.

To ensure a smooth deduction, Please ensure that your bank account has sufficient funds if you’re using a debit card.

For credit card users, please verify that your card is still valid with the expiration date has not passed. If there’s a need to update your credit or debit card information, please visit our reception counter as soon as possible.
